We offer various Alternative therapies and courses for the fitness of Body & Mind. Body have there power to heal without any chemical from outside. All Healing therapies are known as Alternative therapies but they are not Alternative. Theses are the main Healing Therapies for Body, Mind and Soul. Once you will learn to get your connectivity with Prana (vital enery) in the existance by right life style and food with the help of Holistic Healing, you will be a new person. We give the knowledge of various Healing System.You can join us for the sessions & courses for Ayurveda Life Style, Ayurveda Marma therepy, Ayurveda Massage, Holistic Massage, Foot Reflexology, Accupressure, Naturopathy Treatments for Body-Mind Detoxification, Reiki, Emotional Blockage release session, Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation etc. Our Yoga teacher training is certified by Yoga Alliance USA 200 HRS. Since 2002 we are also organizing various Yoga Treatment Camps in India and Western Countries.

At Braham Yoga Holistic Health, we aim to keep all our students and clients happy and healthy. Our mission here is to provide original and true knowledge based on our ancient Hindu texts. Our instructors have more than 20 years of experience in yoga on behalf of which we will guide you properly so that you can move ahead on the path of spirituality and holistic healing.

Our Vision

Braham Yoga Holistic Health was started by Mr. Deepak Gupta Ji in 2004 with just 2 rooms and that was enough. But in today's time, many people have been misled or manipulated, they have not understood what is right or wrong and are very confused. Many of them are suffering from many diseases and think that only taking medicines will help them to get rid of the diseases. But it’s not. So our vision is to open an ashram, or a retreat center where people can come, stay with us, practice yoga and meditation, know the true meaning of life, receive various Ayurveda therapies, feel the vibes of Rishikesh, and connect with spirituality.
